Works well
It helped me a lot with bloating. Also this product is a miracle for keeping a good intestine health
Misleading
I am satisfied with the product itself, giving it a good solid effort in hopes to find relief for once, but was disappointed to find the container only half full. I find this rather misleading. For the price I paid, I would expect to receive a full container. I'm not sure if I'll buy again as I also struggle a little with the taste, I bought zesty tangerine although I'm not sure how they think it is.
Doesn't dissolve making it tough to swallow
This does help if you can get it to dissolve . I find warmer water helps but still doesn't fully dissolve
Great product for difficult diet
This stuff works well. Most fibers are hard on my gut, causing bloat. Hopefully, plain will be available next time I order, because the flavour of this one is disgusting!

Finally some relief
I just finished my third container of this. After many years of taking Metamucil and drugs to try to control severe cramping (passing out), testing, hospitals, etc, finally I have gone off of two drugs, and I'm finally feeling well.
