Initial thoughts- I have been using this product past two days ,I have really sensitive facial skin with acne. It doesn't make your face oily or even doesn't feel like you applied something on your face. Usually salicylic acid products used to give a a slightly burning sensation. Apart from that no smell or no flaking or reactions or new pimples spotted yet. I will update my review after few more uses to see whether it reduces acne or not. Update: on 3rd day gave me 3 new breakouts. I think it is not for me . Anyway I'm not sure I'll continue it or not. I only used this product all these days so pretty much clear its not working for me. But it may work for others. Thank you.

Im not sure but its definitely not oily and my skin feels soft and clean n looks way clearer hardly need foundation even and that is amazing cause i never go with out foundation i would deffinatly buy this again

It is actually superior to other salicylic acid products. Not too strong but also not too gentle. Sloughed off my skin and did not irritate it. Need to buy more.

I got this product along with two others, to start building a skin care routine. This product is great as a combination with the other two. The product works well and I've been seeing great results for my skin. This is nice and soft on your skin and perfect for different skin types.

I really liked this serum. It goes on nice and a little goes a long way. I find it really helps dry up acne and clear clogged pores. I think it is also a good size and will last a while. I like to use it as a spot treatment on pimples or all over when my skin is feeling congested. I don't find it drying on my combination skin. I think overall it is a great serum.

I didn't like the feel that the serum left on my face. After washing and drying my face I applied the serum and let it dry but the sticky and wet feeling I didn't like it. I tried it for about a week after my evening shower and still the same feeling that I hate. Not for me! I was expected to feel great on my skin with the serum but didn't meet my expectations.

Cetaphil Gentle Salicylic Acid Acne Serum surpassed my expectations. My skin suddenly started breaking out over the last year, and I've been struggling to control my acne. I've tried all sorts of products, including natural remedies and brand name acne products, but nothing has kept it completely under control. Although the serum hasn't completely eliminated my acne issues, there definitely is a noticeable difference after I use the serum. I usually use it at night, and by the time I wake up a lot of the acne has cleared and my skin looks less red and irritated. I like the light gel texture and how quickly it absorbs.
