New scope glide flossers are horrible they break shred tear and get stuck in your teeth please return to the original product.

The picks are great, but the floss part needs work. I don't know how many times it's come apart when you use between your teeth.

The absolute worst tooth pick glosses I've ever purchase. Shred and break instantly. Nothing of quality, no standards. I floss regularly so all I do is maintained and this product can't even do that. I will never purchase another Oral-B product again.

I've used and loved these floss picks for years. I tell everyone about how great they are, until I recently bought the newly designed ones. The new floss is absolute garbage, the worst floss I've ever used, it shreads apart, gets broken off between your teeth. I'm so disappointed, these were the best! Get the old floss back in the greatest floss pick ever.

I've been using these for years and used to swear by them, but ever since Oral-B changed the packaging, the quality has noticeably gone down while the price has gone up. The first time I bought these under the new packaging I thought the issues were a fluke and threw them out and bought new ones but its just the same garbage. The older version worked fine and they fit smoothly between my teeth without fraying or snapping, which is why I stuck with them for so long over other brands. Now though, the floss starts fraying, stretching, and leaveing string behind after a few teeth. Now with the change of packaging, I need two or three just to finish my whole mouth whereas I only used to need one, moreso now that I need one just to remove shredded floss from between my teeth. Really disappointed in the change. I hope Oral-B reconsiders whatever they've done to this product.

Why have you discontinued the slingshot shaped floss sticks.. So much easier to use than the flat ones. Very disappointed customer... I guess I'll buy the cheaper brand of the flat ones.

Product design has changed. They are horrid now, shredding regularly and breaking.

I guess they had to remove some dangerous chemical. Now they shred and stick. This seems to be common knowledge now. I don't see any point in buying Glides that don't glide.

The old version works super well but the new version just rips between my tenth all the time! For one floss I end up using several picks… Please bring back the old ones!

I bought the oral-b glide 300 scope outlast floss pack and there is a note on the packaging that it is new micro-textured. Since oral-b made this update to the floss picks almost every single one shreds before I'm able to floss all of my teeth. I'm submitting this review to provide feedback to the company for hopefully eventual improvements.
