Smells Good but No Lightening Whatsoever
Sadly I was not impressed with the John Frieda Go Blonder Conditioner. The packaging is appealing as it is modern and bright. There was a defect in the Go Blonder Shampoo tube I received where the shampoo was coming out super slowly from the dispenser but that wasn't an issue with the conditioner....

CAN;T FIND PRODUCT ANYWHERE
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT BUT CAN NOT FIND IT ANYWHERE IN STORES
Used to be wonderful
I've used John Frieda blonde shampoo and conditioner since it came out and absolutely loved it. I usually bought it on offer, so had quite a stock. I was very ill a while back, and haven't been washing my hair so much, so it has taken a while for me to use the updated version. I am devastated to find it has changed so much. Not only does the new, stronger smell affect my asthma, but the conditioner irritates my scalp, so I can't use it. I'm on my last bottle of the old shampoo, and I presume it'll have gone the same way as the conditioner. To say I'm heartbroken would be an understatement. What have you done, John Frieda?
Love the product, hate the smell
I've been using this product for years and it is one of the few that works well with my thin hair type without weighting it down. I would give it 5 stars but…. With the most recent product changes, it now smells like cat urine. I used to receive compliments on the scent, but this new scent which I think is supposed to smell like pineapple, is horrible. Please tell me you plan to update the scent so I don't go around smelling like cat pee!
It does what says
I'm using only the conditioner and love it. It Leaves the hair nourished, shine, lighter, without the uncomfortable red highlights (my hair tends to this). It really made a big difference in my hair since first time.
What did you do to it?
Ive been using this for 12 years. Ordered on line and it stunk, the price now is more than its function. Why change a good product just to line executives pockets? I'm so sad.

I was a medium blonde, lots of ginger warmth. I spent 4 hours with go blonder conditioner in my hair. Every hour, I'd apply more. It lightened to pale yellow !! No damage.

Odywka wydaje si by treciwa w swojej konsystencji. Po jej zastosowaniu przydaoby si uy maski do wosów, bo trudno jest je rozczesa. Rozjanienia nie zauwayam.

I've been using this conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo from the same range. It smells really good and it makes my hair super soft and smooth, as well as helping it catch the light and look really healthy.
Leaves hair soft
This conditioner leaves your hair feeling really soft and light. I have noticed the lightening effect is starting to work but only after continuous use.
Hair softness
This is brilliant and it smells amazing, it leaves your hair so soft and manageable and tangle free. I have really long hair and my daughter could easily get a comb through my hair.
