It's so bad. I used hair oil before washing my hair with this shampoo and it washed out nothing. It made my hair look very oily when I dried it. It also gave me even more dandruff. Would not recommend if you want a product that removes dandruff and cleans good.

This shampoo left my scalp tingling and mildly burning, so I looked at the ingredients and saw methylisothiazolinone as a preservative, which is so allergenic that it was named the contact allergen of the year in 2013 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society. This is especially frustrating when Head and Shoulders really emphasizes that their products are "paraben free" despite parabens being declared as the 2019 NON-allergen of the year by the same society! Parabens are a safe and well-tolerated preservative despite public misconceptions. It's frustrating that H&S feeds into this misinformation. Apart from the bad science and irritating preservative, this shampoo does have a nice smell and texture and left my hair soft even though it irritated my scalp. So it gets 3 stars. It could be great for people that aren't sensitive to MI.

This product has been a lifesaver to me and my long hair. I had developed seborrheic keratosis, mainly around the crown area. I've never had dandruff, dry or oily scalp issues but I was itching every day and mortified at the scabs and crusts that developed ongoing. After about a year or this being a chronic condition, I thought to try Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner. I couldn't believe it, in days the issues were clearing up and in a week my scalp was healthy and clear again. The bonus was how great my hair was doing too! I've used it faithfully for over a year now with no recurrence.

I used the shampoo the first time and my hair immediately felt dried out despite being a 2 in 1 with conditioner. As my hair dried a could feel a residue left on my hair that was kind of waxy. I thought maybe I hadn't rinsed well enough or shaken it well enough so the next time I shook it well and rinsed for a really long time. Again, my hair felt immediately dry and was really tangled. And again, as it dried I felt a really bad residue. I can't stand how my hair feels. I have used other 2 in 1 products before and never had anything like this. The itch is a little bit better but I still have flakes. My hair is dry, tangled, and brittle feeling, and waxy on top of that.

I'm using this product more than 5 years. It gives me a good result. But recently purchased one has no same quality as before. Before shampoo was thick now it is loose and looks like normal shampoo. It's doesn't work like previous dandruff are coming back soon after using.

This conditioner works absolutely amazing and really hydrates my scalp as well as my hair which is great for keeping dandruff away. I don't have to use as much as other conditioners to know that it's an amazing product!

Head & Shoulders Tea Tree Anti-Dandruff conditioner , where have you been all my life? I'm not one to exaggerate, but this stuff is a game-changer! Helps with flakes and calms itchy scalp. Also helps with an oily scalp.

I bought this and have used it two times and both times my hair is so gunky. I can feel it on my fingers after I dry my hair. My hair is a lifeless. There's nobody whatsoever, and there is no shine to it at all. This has got to be the worst stuff I've ever used in the 73 years of my life and will never use it again.
