We made strawberry season…endless. Always sweet and full of flavour, our juicy strawberries are greenhouse-grown all year round in Ontario. Gone are the days when there was only a small window of time to make your best jams…and pies, tarts, shortcake, scones. You get the idea. Incredible for snacking just as they are, and they’re a must in fruit platters and smoothie bowls. Add by the handful to shakes and other blended drinks (frozen daiquiri, anyone?). Slice in and on cereal, French toast, ice cream and salads – especially spinach salad with goat cheese.
