Poor Quality
I only purchased this razor a month ago and it's already dead. Will not be purchasing again.
Not Worth Purchasing
I have gone through 2 of these in a year and 2 months. The first lasted from December '23 to December '24. It just stopped working for whatever reason. I then purchased another in early January and got 1 and a half uses out of it. It died about 30 seconds into the second use and I have tried numerous new batteries to no avail. Will not be purchasing another one.
No longer a viable product
I used to be a huge fan of this razor. Mine stopped working and I have bought three of them in the last few months and they all break within the first one to two uses. Something dramatically changed and this is no longer a viable product.
Not longer term product
I am on at least my third of these razors. Unsure why I keep buying them. In 1-2 years they don't work anymore. :(

Iv now bought 3 of these that have died with in a year. I tried replacing the battery but still doesn't work.

Died within a few months
It works great, when it actually works. Mine died after a couple months. I figured I needed a new battery, but that didn't work. Maybe a bad battery? Tried a different one. Nope. I made sure the battery is in the right direction - still nothing. I'm so bummed!

Poor quality
I bought this less than a year ago and it already stopped working. This is the second one I bought and the first lasted years longer. Their quality has gone downhill recently.
Greedy company ruïnering quality for profits.
I USED to love this product, but ever since they started replacing the razor heads with ones that are even worse than disposable razor heads, It's clear the only thing they care about is making a higher profit off of each customer. I've been using this product for almost 8 years, and as soon as I am out of refills, it is going in the trash. They even lowered the number of refills you get, it's pathetic. You and you're CEO need to be better.
