This is a good bottle. It's easier to clean than other lids and holds a lot. Here are my only gripes... The bottom is too wide to fit into most car cup holders (didn't think of that). There is a little rubber gasket inside the lid that you can't take off or clean under and a smell will get stuck in there, no matter how hard you try to clean it. Lastly, The first time I used this, I had sunscreen on my hands and it permanently etched the plastic so my bottle always looks dirty (it also dissolved the words printed on it). Weird reaction with the plastic.

I love this bottle. I have had it for 1.5 years and still going strong. It's a lock on the top. It's easy to clean. The only thing I would recommend is use a better plastic material. I don't mind paying more for safety.

I recently submitted an online form to customer service regarding this product. I stated how much I like this water bottle, but I needed to replace just a lid since my bottle fell out of my backpack while hiking and the button lock broke, however I was unable to just order a lid. Also, I suggested that the handle have a clip on it for backpacks or belt loops. Their response was to send me a new bottle for free! Wow, that was excellent customer service when I didn't even ask for a replacement! I will continue to use this product but will hope that will update it with a built in clip-on handle.

I've been using these bottles for years. Had only one break and it was one of the pins holding the loop on the top, but I've still used it without issue including holding it by the loop. Only issues I've had is misplacing them. So I keep buying them. Perfect size, easy to open, easy to clean. It's the best!

No condensation on the outside of the bottle. I can feel safe setting it on furniture. Really keeps water cold for hours. I throw ice cubes in it and they last all day. The handle is comfortable to carry and love the auto pop lid. Got it at a Vons grocery store and am surprised at how nice it is.

Both bottles I purchased had leaky lids. I always had water on my shirt after drinking from it. Both bottles. Finally tossed 'em and didn't replace them. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE FIRST JACKSON BOTTLE!

I carry these everywhere, keep one at the office, comes with me on planes. Love the size, the seal, ability to lock, handle. Only complaint is the rivet that joins the handle to the lid - constantly comes apart; has happened to 4 of my bottles now. Would be nice if this was more durable.

Love this bottle! Easy to clean. Fits in dishwasher on top shelf. I love the fact that the lid locks so I can throw it in my gym bag or any other bag and not worry about it leaking. Or if I drop it it won't pop open and leak out all over the cement.

I love this bottle and the auto pop top. I love that the top locks. Mine is a little older, so I have the ring to lash it to my backpack. What I don't love is the auto pop silicone gasket. It works great, but it molds over time. Why, oh why don't you sell replacements? With a cheap replacement gasket, this bottle could last a lifetime.

I am responding to myself. I LOVED these bottles for 5 months. Then I dropped one and the lid broke. No big deal, I'll purchase a replacement lid, right? Wrong. You can't just purchase a lid, you have to purchase a whole new bottle. In addition to the cost, that is a HUGE amount of plastic waste now that I have a useless water bottle that can't be recycled.
