Took a while but I got the pump!
The smell is great (lavender) and it works well for bubbles but the dang top got the better of me… HOW TO DISLODGE THE PUMP: - open and remove pump from your bottle. - use a towel to hold the internal valve and twist to dislodge top - put back into bottle Seriously almost threw the whole thing into a fire because of the pump but finally figured it out and I'm now sharing with everyone. Dial: PLEASE include a small "how to open" somewhere on the bottle.
Bad pump design.
Pump is incredibly hard to unlock. I see other people have had this issue and Dial acknowledged and claim it's easier to use. I still can't figure out how to unlock it. Every other Dial product I have used never gave me any trouble.

Shampoo especially
I bought this for my granddaughter, it made her hair shiny and silky, I started using it in my hair and I Love it ! It's a product I would recommend! It's a little complicated to get the pump dislodged, but there was a YouTube video that showed how to do it .
I love how soft it is and I love the cute character on it...
Ive been buying this for about 4 months now and I love it it's so gentle on my skin.
Release the cap
The body wash smells great, and I love it. But, it is hard to open the actual dispenser to pump the body wash. There should be a tutorial to open the pump. It is too hard for Senior Citizens to open. I had to Google a tutorial to open, and not all consumer's have a computer or know how to use one. Instructions should be on the bottle itself.

Received the Lavender scent and I really enjoyed it. Used it as a bubble bath. Great product and will buy again for the household.
