The Absolute Best!
I am 71 years old and this is the absolute best razor I have ever used. Closest shave I have ever had with no irritation. Love the warming bar. Gillette has hit a home run with this razor!

Disappointment
I had my razor for 2 years and loved the shave. However, it has stopped working now. Very disappointed considering price paid.
too harsh, rough

I bought the much cheaper Gillette labs razor which I think will be more durable and uses the same blades. To heat my razor I will use hot water. In the meantime, heated razor goes in the trash! PLEASE NOTE- the heated razor works great when it's working. All these positive reviews reflect the new product. Wait six months to a year. Then see what they say!

Not Reliable
Not reliable, after 18 mois, do not heat anymore....
Over priced and poorly made.
New blades has a shorter life span and after one year of use the unit no longer charges. This is my second unit after 2 years.
