Super dry…doesn't seem like there is anything in it. Doesn't work well

I've been using this mascara for a few years after a long search for one that works with my super-sensitive eyes/skin. I've loved it until my most recent purchase. Did the formula change? While it still goes on well and I like the look as I have in the past, it is now hard to remove as if it's waterproof. That's a non-starter for my sensitive skin. I'm limited on what eye make-up removers I can use that don't irritate, so I will now have to search for another mascara. Not happy.

The product was completely empty when I opened it. Not a drop of mascara in the bottle at all. I emailed the company and heard nothing back from them.

I am really impressed with the Physicians Formula Lash Illusion Mascara. I have decent lash length, but they don't 'stand out' as a feature when looking at my face. I started using the lash illusion mascara, and my eyelashes practically touch my glasses. Co Workers and friends comment on how pretty my eyes look, and that is the only change I have made. I would certainly purchase this product again.

I've been using this mascara for the past few months and I absolutely love it. I am kind of person wears eye makeup everyday so mascara is a must. It's clump free and easy to put on. I would definitely recommend.

I am very picky when it comes to mascara. Some can be very clumpy, others don't go on easily, and many don't really give you the volume they say they're supposed to. This one was easy to use, loving lasting, and provided great volume. I'd definitely recommend!

This lash mascara has worked great for me. My lashes are just always down most mascaras are very heavy and this one is not. Keeps the curl on my lashes does not weight it down. Definitely have kept buying It has become one of my favorites.

This Mascara has worked well for my short straight eye lashes. It adds volume to make them appear fluffy and full. I also like that it holds the curl well when I use my curler. I wish it was water proof but I like it a lot for everyday wear.

I prefer mascara that provides length more than fullness, this will give your lashes the full look, but did not give me the extra length I prefer. The black is very black and does not smudge so that is nice, just prefer more length.

Mascara works great! I love the brush on this one! It gives so much length and volume! The brush is kind of a thinker Brissel brush so if you don't like those types of brushes I wouldn't go for this mascara.
