Not the best
When I opened it I noticed that the brush collected an excessive amount of mascara. When I put it on my lashes clump. Some of my eyelashes curled but some of them didn't. The ends of my lashes didn't get any mascara. It is really waterproof unless you smudge it. Overall it's ok but I don't recommend...

Not for me!
This mascara is not at all what I would normally wear. I know it's waterproof but it's almost impossible to get off. In addition, it doesn't lengthen my lashes like other products by Essence.

Amazing mascara!
I have short, blonde tipped eyelashes, and hooded eyes, so that's basically three strikes against me going in. I've tried so many mascaras, and they either don't really lengthen, they smudge, etc. I do prefer waterproof mascara, just cause. So, I found this- waterproof, vegan, cruelty free, and decent price- and decided to try it. WELL. This mascara is amazing!!! My eyelashes are actually visible, they're super long, and there's little to no smudging at all! This has definitely become a go-to product for me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's hard to get off. I use makeup remover cloths (not wipes) and while they remove other waterproof makeup, they don't do anything for this stuff, so I do need to use an extra waterproof makeup remover. Otherwise, definitely 5 stars!

Smudges
I've been pretty happy about Essence products thus far but I was disappointed by this mascara. It looks great for the first couple of hours but I could clearly see it was starting to smudge after that, especially on my lower lashes, and was not flattering. It didn't look terrible but I went with a different brand that cost about the same after using this a couple of times and not liking the results.
Very good hold
I bought this about 5 or 6 months ago and use it probably once a week when I'm trying to have a guaranteed good lash day. Everyone saying it is hard to come off you just need to use waterproof makeup remover because that's always a sure-fire way for easy removal. But this mascara is amazing never fails to disappoint me and such a good applicator and formula.
Really clumpy and FLAKES LIKE CRAZY
I bought this a few months ago because everyone on tiktok raves about it. I put it on and noticed little clumps around my lashes . 2 hours later and I have panda eyes and flaxes all over my face. Not recommend
Great, pretty
I think this is a really good mascara. Sometimes they do have clumps in it but you can use a lash comb to fix that. I'm not sure if it's very waterproof or not I haven't truly tested it but I use this mascara ALL THE TIME!!!! PLEASE BUY!!!!
