Could be a best seller if more shades
This product is better than the talc free mineral powder but it needs more shades. Because of the higher spf, it leaves a bit more of the white cast on skin. If the pigment was a bit warmer, slightly more golden or peach, it would warm up the skin making it appear more natural in office lighting. It...

Used to be great
I've used this powder for years. It used to give light coverage and managed shine. I absolutely loved it. I'm convinced the formula has changed. Now, no matter how I apply it, the powder accentuates every pore and flaw. *Caution: pores in mirror are bigger than they appear.* I look worse with t...

Don't know what I'd do without this product
I have very sensitive, oily, breakout-prone skin and on top of that I am extremely pale with yellow undertones. I have used so many different kinds of mineral makeup and they either break me out, make me look greasy within an hour, accentuate the texture of my skin, make my pores look huge, or the lightest shade is still too dark, too pink, or too orange. The translucent shade matches me perfectly. No more orange or pink face with my white/yellow neck. Besides the relieving color match this stuff makes my skin look airbrushed. It is the only powder that has successfully blurred the large pores on my nose. The coverage is phenomenal and I use this alone as my foundation. I was worried about the lauroyl lysine breaking me out but no breakouts, no irritation, no itching. Also for some people saying this doesn't work well for them try to make sure your skin is properly primed. I first used this on bare skin and hated how it looked and almost tossed it but after that I made sure I was moisturized and wore a primer and the result was a complete 180.
Please keep making this product!
Favorite talc free mineral foundation on a budget for my sensitive skin.
Great for refreshing...
Great for refreshing the SPF on my face. Love love love
Natural looking.
Physician formula is a nice brand.I love how the pressed powder covers. It feels very light. It protects your skin from the sun. Very even look when using a brush. I recommend this product. This also looks natural.
Not for me
I got this for on the go touch ups of spf. I love the high mineral spf. Used with a brush and it just looked so cakey. I am 34 and have very dry skin, I do a lot of moisturizing skin prep and mists throughout the day. Still this just made me look so dry and like I had too much makeup on. Not great for touch-ups, seems like others love it as a base though!
very nice powder
I've just been using this a day but I think this is just what I've been looking for after trying a lot of powders and foundations. It's a very subtle face powder that evens out my face and doesn't make me look more textured! I didn't get a white cast like some others said, even though I bought the translucent and have light/medium brown skin. I can see how that might happen if I overdo it, but it looks great with my makeup on top. It has a gentle sheen while still minimizing oily shininess on my forehead. My only suggestion would be to add photos of people with different skin tones wearing each shade.
It Gave Me an Allergic Reaction
Contains Chlorphenesin (a synthetic preservative), which I've since learned causes allergic contact dermatitis in some individuals, such as myself. Not a fun experience and I do not recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive skin or is prone to eczema or contact dermatitis. This has been my first experience with such a thing, and I never wish to repeat it.
Great Coverage for Textured SKIN!!
I have struggles with Acne and Skin problems for years. I have used this Powder ever since I was in High School and it's one of the only powders that I've found that can actually give me coverage over my foundation for my textured skin. I LOVE this Powder and recommend layering this over a foundation if you struffles with scabs or flakes.
Powder is better than liquid!!!
I started using Physicians Formula 10-12 years. Absolutely love the way it goes on & covers up flaws & fine lines on my face & neck. Difficult to find in stores. Please keep making this product!
Great finish!
I bought this powder in beige. I have issues with sensitive skin, and it has been hard to find a tinted sunscreen that covers redness. This powder is helping me. It has soothing ingredients. I can't believe it took me so long to find it. I have tried countless of mineral tinted sunscreens (low and high end), and this by far is helping me. Beige is kind of dark for me, so I bought the translucent and the creamy one to see is these are better match for my skin. I will keep the beige one because it is helping me, and it doesn't matter if I look darker. What matters is that it helps my skin.
