Does not hold all day and it's water based
The Kansas shaved butter maximum hold moisture retention styling gel 18.5 Oz is NOT FOR ALL HAIR TYPES. I had high hopes for this because lots of their products work for black hair but this is not good for any 3c to anything in 4s. It does not hold all day and it is WATER BASED. LEAVES YOUR HAIR LOOKING NASTY AND WET.

This gel has a great smell and consistency! Was able to slick my 3c/4a hair down with minimal frizz for about 4 hours as well as for a wash and go. Also used it for my edges paired with an edge control!
