I bought this yesterday and i was so excited to use it I got home to cook right aways and This thing chops like a dream. Especially firmer veggies. The only thing is that I chopped a tomato and it almost pureed it since I wanted a small chop I kept pushing the button. I just have to learn to use it a little better and hopefully ill find the perfect way to chop them since I use it a lot in my cooking. So excited to keep using this!!!

I like using this chopper to cut onions and also for puréing sauces instead of taking out my Vitamix which is too big for these jobs. I also love that it's easy to clean. Just wish it came in a more neutral color.

I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review. This is a nice compact chopper for small jobs. Simple to use, easy to clean, with a solid non-slip base. The double blade of the chopper is a great feature that allows you chop more volume. The storage lid is handy. And the cover keeps the electric part of the chopper clean. The downsides are that this is for small jobs and there is only 1 speed. Some speed variation would help achieve better results depending on how fine/chunky you want your end product to be. Overall, a good tool for small jobs if you have limited counter space.

I like my Express Chop. It is a powerful little machine with a good capacity and easy to clean. It makes meal prep easier. The double blades work well to chop herbs without leaving stringy bits. Cleanup was also easy.

I love how compact this chopper is, and that it keeps everything inside the container when you chop it. I used it to chop up onions and mushrooms for burgers and it was so easy to use. I love that parts are dishwasher safe so it makes clean up quick.

Used this to chop for meal prep and it worked incredibly well. The onion I put into it was perfectly diced in seconds. It's also great to puree sauces or dips. I love that I can put all the pieces in the dishwasher, but the one thing that was a bit inconvenient is how the motor part that attaches to the blade has a small portion that gets dirty from whatever is being prepped. Otherwise it was great!

I've had this for a few weeks, and love how compact and versatile it is. I really appreciate that I can choose how pureed I want my veggies (my food processor blends vegetables to mush almost immediately), but the chopper gives me control. The blades are sharp and it is very easy to clean and assemble.
