Makes your smoothies taste great.
This thing is powerful, very sharp blades. Can make your stuff nice and smooth and not slushy. Very easy to clean. Comes with 3 different nutri cups and 1 blade to fit all cups but comes with 3 sipping caps. I love using the small blender too for smaller amounts of smooties.
Parts don't last
This barely lasted 2 years. The lid is completely blown apart and a new lid is almost the cost of the blender.
Junk due to blender jug cracking
Blender jug cracks at base. Very light use (maybe once per month) . Replaced it once, new one cracked the same way

So far this has been easy to use. It was also quick to set up. It blends like a dream and is high quality. It was a good price as well. It also came with a food processor attachment which will be handy.
Awesome
Great blender , I use it daily to make my protein shakes and smoothies. Crushes ice and frozen fruit very well. Love how it comes with smaller cups for quick and easy clean. Definitely recommend
Seals don't last.
I've had my Ninja BL660C now for over a year. I used it every day with the Nutri Cup and within months the seal on the blade base for the cup started leaking. I can't find replacement seals anywhere. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the blender itself is decent and crushes ice nicely if I wanted to make a big pitcher of something, but I mainly used it for the single serve option which I now can no longer use.
Good performance but NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
I loved it when i got it but My smoothie jar melted in the dishwasher and now it's leaking so it's useless. On the contrary website description says these are dishwasher safe. I liked the performance though but now I can't use it. Can I contact ninja for this?
disappointing
used twice, the container cracked in multiple places. For the price, the product is not worth it. Poor quality and customer service too.

I love that you have the option of the 2 travel cups with this set and the big blender. I use the small ones for my morning shakes and the big one for when I need to finely grind things for baking and the occasional margarita
