Horrible product
Trims nose hair, but does not trim eyebrows or ear hair whatsoever. Don't waste your money. Support from Philips was really poor as well.

Poor overall life. Bought one which stopped working too quickly, maybe less that a year? Bought a second one, same experience.

It will not cut, at all.
The previous model was great and I had it for years, until I dropped it. This newer model is a terrible product. It simply will not cut a single hair. I tried returning it to the store, but they said they don't refund electronics, especially when it was already opened. Ludicrous, am I right??!!! Anyway, I called Philips and they directed me to send the defective item back to them, and I am waiting for a refund. Philips customer service so far has been great, I must say. Fingers crossed.
Misrepresentation
I paid full price but not all accessories shown are in my package. Speaking with a Phillips Norelco representative did nothing to correct the misrepresentation.

This nasal shaver is safe and easy yo use. Particularly like the fact uoh cannot accidently cut the inside of your nose.
