My "go to" powdered sugar
So grateful for this product which doesn't contain corn starch. I have a "little" with a corn allergy, and this product lets me prepare "normal" recipes in a safe manner. The only minor drawback is that it gets "clumpy" more than the corn starch varieties - and the little clumps just don't dissolve ...

It is just not the same as the regular powdered sugar. Probably healthier for you, but it didn't make the kind of cookies I always have made with the regular sugar. I was very disappointed with the results and will have to throw the whole batch of cookies away. I never give negative reviews, but people need to be aware of the results of combining sugar with tapioca starch.
