Great Product
Within the first 1 hour of one of these on, you could already see the patch activating and going to work. It brought a pimple to a head and cleared it within 4 hours!

Good quality patches
The patches are good quality- they adhere to the well to the skin and stay throughout the day. They also do a good drop of drawing excess fluid out of pimples.

PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches adhere to your face really well, and help suck all of the gunk from a pimple! I noticed a significant reduction in the size of any pimple that I had applied the patches. Helps to keep you from focusing on a zit, and from picking at it as well. I would definitely recommend these pimple patches! They're one of the best that I have tried! I have purchased a box myself (aside from the sample I received) and will continue to use these patches!

I tired the pimple patch over night on two of my pimlpes. Surprising to my me it strinked my pimple some. I like that the patches work overnight to help aid and reducing your pimple

When first given the opportunity to review PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches, I was skeptical. I couldn't help but think "Great. Another pimple patches that does absolutely nothing!" I went into this not expecting much. Here I'm now with my foot in my mouth! Not only do they work, they work very well. I love that they're barely noticeable. They blend in with the skin flawlessly. I noticed an improvement in pimple size and irritation within a few hours. By morning, my pimples weren't completely gone, but they were significantly smaller and less noticeable. This is an awesome product and one I highly recommend!
Works Well When Your Zit Is Going To Pop
I absolutely loved using this product, and I do plan to purchase this item consistently. I definitely recommend this product! If I had a zit that had visible puss showing, this product would magically take care of it overnight, and I would wake up to find that the zit had disappeared along with any redness that was there before. My only disappointment was that, if I had a new zit that came up, and it was deeper in the skin with no puss showing, then it seemed to me that this product did not make a difference at all. The results of this product working, really seemed to depend on what stage your zit is in to make a difference.

I've used a bunch of pimple patches from different brands before these, and they weren't bad! I did feel like I had to leave them on longer than other patches if I wanted it to actually pull any gunk out of my blemish, but they do the job for smaller ones for sure
