This has to be the best invention since the intern

My son passed away 2 years and 5 months ago and my mother passed away 6 months ago this week. After the two tragedies I gained approximately 80 lb and became sedentary and unmotivated and isolated and socially unacceptable to myself and to others. In June of 2021 I decided to take some type of contr...

Ingredients Not What I thought

This is advertised as a healthy substitute for regular pizza, but after I tried it, I thought there must be other ingredients besides cauliflower. I checked the ingredients & saw that it contains brown & white rice powder, corn starch, milk, eggs, Xanthum gum to name a few. One pizza contains 480 mg...

WHY ARE THE PIZZAS GETTING SMALLER THINNER AND WEIRDER TASTING?! This is so upsetting whatching all these good food get changed and downsized, not looking for a HUGE pizza but the crust used to be thicker you used to get a better topping option but all the pizzas I get now have little too NONE besides the slightest sprinkle of cheese. Please do better.

I absolutely love this pizza crust. I have tried several different types of cauliflower crust pizzas and they are nasty. With this crust, I can add my own sauce and make it my specialty pizza. You can not even taste the cauliflower. I have tried several restaurants that sell cauliflower pizza but they pale in comparison.

Excellent. My first foray into cauliflower crust. Took the advice of one reviewer, and put the crust in for 4 minutes but painted the top side with a little EVOO to crisp it up. Took it out, placed it on a baking sheet, dressed it, then back in for 10 minutes. Gave it a short rest before digging in, the crust held up, no sagging, easy to enjoy……

Honestly blown away by this crust. After developing gluten sensitivity, I've tried the many… well-intentioned gluten free pizza crust options, but they tend to be kinda gummy or floppy or generally meh. I was shocked when I pulled these out of the oven and actually had a crispy, flavorful thin crust pizza. I made one with pesto, and one with red sauce, and lots of cheese and toppings— and they both came out light, crispy and fulfilling. Worth every penny.

Something changed

I have enjoyed this pizza for years. But my last box of "All About the Base" crust was different. Its much thinner and very wrinkly. Not like the usual wafer thick smooth surface. I had a hard time even spreading sauce over it. It was more like a potato chip. I see you have changed the recipe and added (plain) rice flour to the brown rice flour and changed the quantities and proportions of other ingredients. I'm afraid you have ruined this delicious food.

Love these crusts and have used them exclusively for years now, but I thought I'd let you know that when you stopped putting the cardboard inserts for each crust to rest on inside the individual plastic bags, you made it much more difficult to use the crust. Many, many times, the package gets warm as I travel home from the store (100 degrees every day for months!), and the crusts buckle up and are unusable. As I write this, I'm thawing one out to mash it back down into a level surface, and then I'll re-freeze it. Please rethink removing the cardboard. It solved the problems posed by the heat we all endure down south!
