New User and I like It.

I'm a long-time user of the other major brand. However, my dental hygienist always gives me Crest samples at each of my visits. So, when my tube of "the other brand" toothpaste ran out I bought Crest Pro-Health Advanced Deep Clean. I tend to have sensitivity issues and I wasn't too sure about how ef...

Sloughing

I love this toothpaste but had to stop using it as my mouth would fill with tissue that sloughed off. After researching this toothpaste, this is certainly a side effect a lot of people experienced. I started to tell my dentist about this and he cut me off and said, "Do yoou use Crest Pro Health?" ...

Having the "granular" texture similar to the dentist office is FANTASTIC!

This is my favorite toothpaste. It's the only one that makes my teeth feel like they are clean - it's that just gone to the dentist clean, which is great. My only annoyance is with the change to the labeling on the box. It used to be clearly marked Crest Pro Advanced contained 'Crystals' and was 'Gel'. I don't like the paste at all. I finally had to take a photo of the box, to make sure I buy the right one when I shop, since there are so many varieties available. I just want a label that tells me this toothpaste is 'GEL' and has 'Crystals', and tells me what flavor it is. That's it, simple, clear, concise, and with big enough print so I can read it! :-)

Change the flavor? Change the name!!

I've been using this particular toothpaste, and MORE IMPORTANTLY this flavor, for as long as I can remember. Now, with no advance warning, or change to the packaging, you have totally changed the taste, while retaining the name "Deep Clean Mint". Why on earth would you do this? I understand companies wanting to upgrade or improve their product, but why completely change the flavor, but call it by the same name? I feel like I've been suckered in to buying something I don't like. Won't be buying this again unless you return to the old flavor.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Please Revert Back to Prior Formula

The formula has changed to include potential allergens polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and cocamidopropyl betaine for no reason other than foaming action. The latter isn't even listed on your website as an ingredient, yet it's on the toothpaste box I just got. We've been using the Pro-Health Deep Clean Mint for over 15 years with zero issues until now. Please go back to the prior formula. Cocamidopropyl betaine is known to cause dermatitis and sensitization, and that's as a topical application. The effects are probably worse for ingestion and getting into the bloodstream via bleeding gums.

This has been my favorite toothpaste for years. I just opened a new tube and Crest changed the formula. The color is noticeably different, and the new taste is awful. Please go back to the original flavor!

This toothpaste actually stripped the enamel from my teeth. It came with my oral b toothbrush so I thought I'd give it a try, but I regret it.

I have used crest more than half my life, I called the company for the first time because the tube of pro health advanced deep clean mint was all liquid. Because I do not have my receipt, they will not refund any money. I love Colgate, and will never buy a crest product again.
