I used this for about 6 weeks before I realized it was causing my hair to break off. I didn't change anything else. I would avoid this product!

I should have read the reviews beforehand, but Pantene has never let me down before until this product. I say stay away I followed the directions as it has on the bottle as soon as I sprayed it I knew something was not right. I sprayed it on and I ran my fingers through my hair I noticed it felt pretty waxy. I had no other protection for my hair so I continued to straighten my hair, my hair is thick and curly as soon as I finished straightening my hair I brush through it and the amount of hair that came out… oh my god I wish I didn't do my hair with it. It left it waxy and damaged. Straighter was at 370. And there is still more hair in my trash.

I have used this product as directed, but luckily only on my bangs!! I would spray it on my bangs, then blow dry and my hair would come out burnt in clumps and/or cause my hair to be dry and broken. If I had used it on all my hair, I am afraid of what might have happened. I have read other reviews, and I am not the only one this is happening to. I now have a constant clump of hair in front that will not grow, but just keeps breaking. Beware!!!

Every time I use this, it makes my hair sooo stringy and floppy. I have to wait a long time for it to dry, and it leaves my hair unable to hold a style anyways. I've tried using different amounts, and no matter how little I use, it's like it plagues my hair with a strange texture. I'm glad it protects from damage, but if it makes my curls fall out, what's the point? The included photo is from today after I dried it and used before curling. Maybe it would work for someone with straw-like hair. The price was really good, but I'd like to see them refine their formula and try again.

I have been using this product since July it's now end of October. I have frizzy curly hair. It's hard to tame when it's humid but this product is fantastic it made my hair really beautiful. I like this product for the mild scent as I have allergies and perfume bothers me. My hair ends up so slick and shiny and no frizz at all. Forgot to mention no dead ends like I had before this protects my split ends very well. I highly recommend you try this. You won't be sorry.

Yeah this left my hair very DRY and frizzy. I used a boar bristle brush to distribute about 1/4 of the bottle through my hair (my hair is ungodly thick and coily) and then blow dried it. Hit it with the flat iron at 320 degrees using a boar bristle for my comb chase and my hair is now in the worst shape its been in quite a long time. Stay away my ethnic babes!!!

As another user mentioned, this product made my hair fall out! I used as directed, and when I applied heat, my hair burnt off instantly in large chunks. I only tried it on one section of hair, but I lost a good deal of hair in that section, and the product left a flaky film on the remaining hair. I would not recommend this product. It caused significant damage to my hair.

I never leave reviews but I felt it was important to share my experience. I use Pantene products all the time and always been happy with them. I have color treated hair but outside of that I try to take care of my hair. I purchased this product and I am very disappointed. I used as directed and started to style as normal and the first use of my curling iron it immediately burned my hair. A clump of hair burned off. I was devastated, considering this is what I was trying to prevent. I felt it is was important to share my experience with this product to avoid this to happening to someone else.

I do not blow dry often but this makes your hair silky smooth.

I don't write reviews often. But I just had to take the time to write one for this product. I have fine, shoulder length hair which I dye about every 2 months to hide my grays. I blow dry my hair every day. Because of this daily ritual my hair is dry and frizzy. I have been trying different leave-in conditioners for years. Most would leave my hair flat and oily even after blow drying. Not this product! I have been using this for a week and I couldn't be happier. My hair is soft and shiny after blow drying and feels thicker! Also I am so impressed my hair stays in place so no need to use hairspray. This product has been a life saver for someone like me who went through cancer treatment last year and is trying to grow my hair back. It has given me confidence to keep growing my hair.
