Bought this one with the new pump style packaging and now there is a sticky residue that coats my brush even after i bought a new brush. Hair is stiffer and feels like it would knot easier and no longer light and smooth feeling. The ingredients are different then the smooth and sleek in the older style bottle so i assume they changed the formula. Had to switch brands which immediately got rid of the sticky residue left from the smooth and sleek in my hair.

I have type 4 natural hair so I typically don't use 2n1s, but I didn't hate this one. I used it as a shampoo then deep conditioned. One thing to note is that I believe this product has sulfates in it which are an iffy topic for many people.

The product smelled really nice and was a little drying for my wavy/curly hair. But for myself 2 in 1 products are just not my cup of tea. It seemed like most other Pantene products I've tried over the years.

i thought this 2 in 1 shampoo/ conditioner was great… just not great for me and my texture of hair. the product smell amazing and my hair felt clean after using it but didn't give me the bounce i was looking for in my curly hair.

I used this shampoo on a wig and it really softened it and I felt like it gave it more body, I personally wouldn't use this on my natural hair as I have curly hair but for wigs it works great!

This has sulfate which is really bad for all hair. It dries it out and is just a bad chemical.

As someone who has blonde, color treated hair, I use A LOT of moisturizing products. I was skeptical of a "2 in 1" product. I'll begin by saying it smells great - fresh but also a little floral/sweet? Smells reminiscent of something I know, and like, but I can't put my finger on it. Upon rinsing it out, my hair wasn't as silky and tangle free as it usually is after other products and I was worried. However, after using my typical pre-blowout products my hair blow dried very quickly, with little to no frizz and was very smooth! Also smelled great- someone who hugged me a whole day after my shower even commented on how good my hair smelled. I ONLY buy salon products, so this was a lovely surprise to see something I can get at a reasonable price produce the same outcome as a much more expensive shampoo/conditioner duo.

Noticed my hair has been a lot smoother, cleaner, lightweight and a bit less frizzy and this product smells great!

This smooth sleek pantene shampoo seems like a really nice affordable option! It smells very fresh and clean . Unfortunately this isnt the best fit for my hair texture since I have coarse curly hair but I think a lot of people would like this. I think this would be great for people with naturally straight hair looky to add silk and shine!

This product may be better suited for those with straight or oily hair. I say this because on my curly hair it was very drying and made my hair feel knotted. I don't usually like 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioners because I feel like it does not do the job properly. This product did not change my mind on that opinion. However, some positives about the Pantene Smooth & Sleek is that it has a nice smell that is not over powering and the consistency of the product is creamy in your hands. With that being said I would not purchase this with my own money nor recommend it. The only reason my curls look hydrated in the photograph is because they are still wet, I used a deep conditioner (because my hair felt dry and brittle), and aloe vera gel.
