Tena - Best product on market
I have been my mother's caregiver for past 5 years and have tried all the available products on the market. Tena's products provide me with the best overall protection for my mom and less work for me. Buying direct on line saves me some money. In the long run get good value for the money.

Tena 72116 replacement for the 72114 - extremely poor in abs
This 'new and improved' product does not provide the absorbancy of the Tena 72114 by a long shot! The inside liner splits apart and the skin comes in direct contact with the 'absorbant' layer which is no longer a protection against wetness. shop.tena.caTena does not split at the side seams nor does the padding bunch up between the legs into a very uncomfortable, hard ribbon of padding, as I have experienced with other brands. It is comfortable and fits well. My complaint is that the padding between the legs is just a little too wide. It's also the most pricey of the brands I have tried.
Works well as promised
I wear the Tena Ultimate overnight and they sure have been a remarkable rescue at times. I have trouble moving, so I am locked into one position all night.

Keeps my husband dry and his skin healthy
When my husband first started have incontinence issues, we tried store brand and Depends. Depends were better than the store brands but they were a long way from good. Then we tried the "Because" online underwear and they were better than Depends but my husband still experienced leaks, especially at night time. Then I found TENA MEN Super Plus Absorbancy and holy cow, they are a game changer!! There are no leaks during the day and usually if he doesn't sleep for more than 10 hours during the night, there are no leaks at night either. He usually only uses 3 pairs a day (morning, afternoon and bedtime) and he's never had any problems with his skin! I know TENA is more expensive than the other brands but with the other brands, we were using 5-7 underwear every day AND still experiencing leaks so the lower priced ones actually ended up costing us more and proving the saying "You get what you pay for." As for the price issue, I buy TENA directly from the TENA website when they have a sale but otherwise, I shop through the Walmart website and buy the best priced ones from highly rated vendors. I've never been unhappy with any of these vendors. Try TENA Men Super Plus Disposable Underwear, you won't be sorry.
