First choice female product
I hate there are so many choices with female products but after trying the Always pure cotton flexform pads with wings, I've never used a different female product. They are comfortable, soft and have max absorption. I can put one on and have no worries of leaking during the day or during sleep time.

I was disappointed that these Always pure cotton pads didn't hold up for being the over night size 5 like I thought they would. They leaked which is very unusual for Always brand. I've used always pads for years and recently had burning and itching and more painful cramping. I tried the pure cotton one and it's much better but I'm scared to have another reaction to them . All pads should just be cotton the added chemicals are unnecessary .
Every pad in box not usable
The pads were not packaged right so the whole box was not usable. The seal on the edges of the wrapper was on the pad so they were all falling apart. I've been having multiple issues with always lately.
Awful. Leaks like crazy
I've been using Always ultrathin pads for most of my adult life (I am in my early 50s). I bought these "pure cotton" ones because I've noticed that natural cotton fiber pads hold less odor. Well, I have had more leaks in the last three days than I have had in my entire life of periods. They are absolutely disasterous. Also, because these have been such a failure I looked at the box again and realized that only the cover is cotton. The rest is synthetic. So why are they called "pure cotton"? It's misleading. Just more greenwashing to lure people into buying a bad product. My advice to Always: if you just make something good, you don't have to manipulate people into buying it.
Perfect match for my sensitive skin
I have been using Always for years during my time I use Always Maxi or Always Ultra Thin I got skin irration. Every since I switched to Always Pure Cotton almost a year ago or less I feel like I get less irritation

Love the Always cotton pads. I don't break out like I did with the regular flexfoam version. I just wish they made these WITHOUT wings. I hate the wings. Always, if you're reading this—please consider making these without wings, too.
