Live it!
Love this moisturizer my face is so smooth, i use to have such dry irritated skin and this has improved it so much it's amazing.
Keep the original formula
Use to be my go to product until the formula changed. Very disappointing.
Waste of money
The pump stoped working after just a few use. Then I found this jar was not made to be open. I cut the glass jar to see what remained in it which was like half the jar. Couldn't use the rest as it had glass bits in it. I think the design is unfair to the consumer
I'm extremely picky
I have extremely dry skin and look pretty rough from long term illness. I've used many, many expensive products and honestly, this OLAY ULTRA RICH CREAM I thought worked very well. So much so that I used the whole jar, which I rarely do. It's great for after peels too. I truly love it!
Bad Reaction
Long story short, i had an allergic reaction to this. My face swelled up, hot, red, itchy, and dry. Ive never had a reaction to anything in my life before, be it food or skin products (which i have used many). I'm so glad i didn't use this on Christmas day, the day I received it.
It Changed
I've been using this moisturizer for years and recently bought a box. The box and the consistency changed and it absorbs almost instantly and leaves my skin feeling dry, as if nothing was applied. This moisturizer used to be perfect and helped my skin's appearance improve. It used to be the only one that worked for me but now I'm having to search for another moisturizer due to the changes. I AM BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!
Drying
This is not moisturizing at all. My skin felt tight within an hour. Stick to the original!
Awful Cream
The cream is super thick but for some reason it doesn't moisturize the skin well and after two hours my skin feels dry and dull again. It leaves white residue on my skin and creates this "dirt effect". It flakes off my skin like dirt every time when I touch my skin. Regardless if I use it alone on a cleansed skin or in combination with other products it keeps flaking. Disgusting! I had the same issue with the Collagen Peptide jar. It looks like a common problem with Olay face creams so I will have to try a different brand.

I've used this cream on and off for years! I have super dry skin, and I love how moisturized my skin feels for HOURS after I apply.
Awesome facial moisturizer
This facial moisturizer works well for my dry sensitive skin. After cleansing and using my serums I always use Olay. My skin feels and looks healthy. I am 49 went through surgical menopause years ago and this has helped me.
