Remove the Adapter ring before getting angry
Although not happy I couldn't use any sharpener and had to buy this one I am very glad that I can FINALLY sharpen the lip colour pencils that are too wide to fit any other sharpener! Before you get mad that you can't sharpen the physician's formula pencils then REMOVE THE ADAPTER RING ON YOUR SHARPENER and it will work perfectly!!

I bought two lip pencils that I liked but found out later I had to buy their sharpener to sharpen them. Bought the Physicians Formula sharpener and the pencils don't fit in the sharpener. I still cannot use these lip pencils. Illl never buy another product from this company again.
Sharpener for many sizes
I bought this to use on the Rose All Day Glossy Lip Color. Works fine on it once you remove the adapter, and I like the tiny cleaning brush.
ROSE ALL DAY Sharpener
Please update video, no instructions how to remove the adapter ring, I inserted my finger and twisted left and right until adapter came off. Your company is getting bad reviews related to the adapter ring and returns. I would not recommend product currently, as there is no clear instruction as to HOW to remove adapter ring.
It works, others reviewers didn't know how to use
Just look at the video... It has a attached adapter you have to take off to sharpen the rose lip color... People never reads the instructions and blame the products...

Bad design!
I was excited when I first put my pencil in because the blade was nice and sharp, allowing for a smooth sharpening job BUT as my pencil got to the point where it was going to get perfectly sharp, there is a little piece of plastic in the way that prevents any pencil from getting super sharp! The design of the sharpener is flawed as that plastic bit is placed right where the tip of a standard pencil would be if it were to be sharpened perfectly sharp! You'll never get that point!
Sharpener Stinks!
I bought the Rose Kiss All Day lip crayon and was very pleased with the application. After two weeks it needed to be sharpened. I bought the Physicians Formula Rose All Day sharpener and the lip crayon does not even fit in it!
