Made with sea salt, smoked with spent bourbon barrel wood and mixed with smoked paprika, to give it a distinctly smoky flavour. We’ve then added sugar and orange peels to balance out the smokiness. The coarse grain rub is a perfect match for meat, but be sure to mix it with a touch of oil and brush it over tofu, Portobello mushrooms or cauliflower steak before grilling.
