Smooth, and moisturises

The Nivea Moisturising Cream is a standout product when it comes to achieving soft, hydrated skin. From the first application, it delivers a rich, nourishing texture that absorbs well without feeling greasy or heavy. Ideal for daily use, it provides long-lasting moisture that keeps skin feeling smoo...

Struggled to absorb

I looked forward to testing this item due to liking other Nivea creams, the smell is very nice and not too over powering for an everyday wear and I like that it has SPF within it for everyday wear. However, when I applied the cream it was extremely thick and did not soak into my skin well, it left a...

I've been using Nivea Soft for years but the new formula is terrible. It dries my skin and makes it feel itchy. I really hope Nivea read these reviews and change back to the old one...

Contains almond oil. I am allergic to nuts. Used the old formula for 20 years. Had to buy something new after my daughter and I broke out in rashes from the vegan formula. So sad to lose a favourite. I recommend olay complete as a replacement.

Old formula used to be much better, the new one is kind of sticky and has less hydration. I really liked the original formula.

The new formula is absolutely awful compared to the original. I have used this moisturiser for over 20 years and it was perfect. The new formula doesn't absorb at all, and definitely doesn't moisturise. My skin has been extremely dry and flaky from using it, which is not a problem I have ever had before. I'm honestly shocked that they can sell the new formula with the same name, as it is a completely different (and vastly inferior) product.

Dear Nivea, please bring back the original formula. I have a pot of the original at my dads house which rarely gets used and I can compare it to a pot of the new formula which I carry around with me in regular life, and wow the difference is astonishing. The original formula was perfect, so hydrating and soothing , why would you ruin a perfect thing? The new formula is so lacklustre it's almost impossible. I hope you will listen to your customers because I have no choice but to find a new moisturiser now.

I have used Nivea Soft for years and have just bought a new pot. Immediately I knew it was different. It is thinner, more like the UV nivea daily cream, just leaves my skin feeling not as moisurised, almost tight. I am so disappointed. Why have you changed it? I will have to find an alternative. Any chance that the previous formula can be manufactured again?

I was shocked to realise the formula has changed. I have used Nivea soft for 50 years and it was perfect for me. The new formula is just terrible. I cannot use it. I will not buy this again. Please bring back the old formula.

When I recently repurchased Nivea soft I initially thought I had got a spoiled batch, until I realised that the formula of my holy grail moisturiser had been changed. The consistency is no longer smooth and gel like and the absorption is horrible. The new cream feels both thin and oily at the same time, yet still manages to not feel hydrating or moisturising, the consistency also breaks into white streaks. All in all, huge disappointment, ruining a perfect product which worked well. Won't be repurchasing.
