Long wear
Formula is alil different from the everlast which i personally love ,this new formula i feel like it was actually harder to apply it with the "Improved" wand, i did however like the matte finish to it.

Staple
This is the only liner I use. The prior formula before it was temporarily discontinued was better and longer lasting but this current still out performs anything I've tried in the market.

BEST ONE SO FAR AND EASY TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE USED THESE TYPES BEFORE. COMFORTABLE TO WEAR. LASTS LONG. I DIDNT HAVE TO SPEND A FORTUNE. THANK YUO MILANI.

Please Bring Back the infinite liquid eyeliner (Aqua Teal Green) color. I cannot find the liquid eyeliner in that color.

This liner lasts!
This is a very good liquid liner in a number of ways: It almost always stays smooth and doesn't "crack" even if you leave it on overnight. Also even though it's waterproof, it isn't hellacious to remove with makeup remover pads. It comes off rather cleanly. Being a long time lover and user of liquid liner, I was disheartened when my favorite go to from another makeup brand was discontinued. I was happy to see Milani offering a liquid liner! I am very adept at using liquid liner and the only cons with this liner is it's a little almost gloppy to work with so you have to be very careful to have a neat line and the liner brush part isn't flexible enough. But once you get a nice line it is unexpectedly resilient and pretty in that I like the tone and shininess of the color. I give it a thumbs up overall.
Not Milani's Best
This is currently the *only* black-liquid-with-tiny-paintbrush-applicator eyeliner option at the store in this small, rural area. I wish that it performed better. My issues: the brush apparently brings up *ALL* of the product on the brush every time it's pulled out of the tube. Also: sometimes this product seems to never dry, causing huge, horrible messes that have required that I wash my face and start over from scratch - MORE than once. If and when it finally DOES dry, it turns into a grey, lighter, ashy color, not the inky, solid BLACK that it appears to be when wet (which is nearly forever. LITERALLY). FAIL. Try again, Milani. You can do better.
Smudge like Sludge, Fear the Smear
I like Milani products but regrettably, this particular eyeliner was a disaster. It dripped, smudged and smeared even after I wiped off the end of the wand. The wand was ergonomically difficult to use and the brush not pliant enough. Maybe it was me, but after trying this three times and using a lot of eye makeup remover in the process, I ended up discarding it. I have no problem using the tank eyeliner in the longer tube. This would not "Stay Put"!
