I had been using the old 12 hour formula for years and loved it. However, since the change to the 24 hour formula I just cant get away with it. It goes on great but after a little time goes cakey and horrible on my skin. Wont be using this anymore. Bring back the old 12 hour formula, please!

I enquired about a replacement product for dream mattee mousse and Maybelline recommended this. It is in no way a replacement. It doesn't apply, blend or last in the same way. The colours don't match my skin as well either. Maybelline used to be a great brand with cult beauty products but it seems to discontinue/change the formulas of their best sellers.

ive been using this for almost 2 years and the formula has definitely changed because the shade i use matched well with my skin tone when i started using it but now it gives me a yellow undertone as i have pale skin and it gets even more yellow as it oxidises. i use shade 5 and its meant to have cool undertones but its kinda the opposite of that. i cant use the only shade lighter than it because its paler, but for warm toned skin therefore it would be even more yellow and it would look worse. other than that the coverage is really good and i continue to use it because it covers most of my spots and is affordable but its just the shade i have a problem with so i have to kinda blend my makeup down my neck so it evens out my skintone so the difference between my neck colour and face doesnt have such a big difference. the only problem is that the shade range is not diverse at all but the shades would fit better on other people that arent as pale, but otherwise the product is totally worth it

I bought this the other day, once applied it started going patchy and my skin was oily within 3 hours of application when I tried to go over it it just made it look even worse unfortunately will not be purchasing again.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have been loving it -great colour and coverage, HOWEVER, the metal pallet it is on bends (I'm assuming due to the fact it lifts up for the mirror) resulting in the powder cracking and crumbling everywhere rather easily!

Have only used this over a light foundation but the look was great. Not too heavy or cakey. Gives a smooth finish to any look. Skin looks soft. Have worn when attending gigs and no smudging or loss appeared.

I always used Superstay - but with this new version of the powder - there's been no help anywhere, especially on Maybelline's website- to help you transition from the shade you used to buy, to what is available now. Rubbish treatment of your loyal customers Maybelline!

A nice face powder. I didn't use this as face foundation, rather only to set my face. It worked well to set under my eyes and other places I'd used concealer. Wasn't too orange so it worked well as a setting powder.

Am absolutely devastated the 16hr formula has been discontinued. It was my holy grail beauty product for absolutely years! I'd even swear by it over the equivalent product in higher end make up ranges. This new 24hr formula is awful and I've completely stopped using it. The colours are so orange by comparison, even the palest shades, and I used to wear Nude in the 16hr - so hardly a porcelain lady. The new powder hilariously lasts less time on the skin before becoming cakey, splotchy, and horrible to look at. This never happened with the 'shorter' lasting formula. I've tried multiple different colours in the new range, and even spent extra to try more expensive brands to try and find an equivalent powder to the 16h, but nothing comes close. Massively impacting my confidence sadly. Bring back the 16hr.
