Not very opaque or long lasting!
I'm not an expert at eyeliner, but I do have hooded eyelids and prefer a very thin line. This eyeliner has a felt tip that should be precise and easy to use, but the formula is the problem. Where in the World is Eye Tech
Bought this as a replacement for Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Liner and boy this is nothing like it. The tip is horrid and I felt like it constantly was too full of product and not as fine as I like. The staying powder isn't great and the finish is meh. Bring back the Eye Tech!!
