clubhouse.ca/en-caI discovered this whilst working at a summer camp in Ontario. The chef there would use it religiously and it became evident why! It works so well with all foods. Put it on mushroom before roasting in the oven, can put it into avocado salads. And plenty more uses. Only trouble is, now I'm back in Australia and there is nothing similar here!
