Enter a southern classic that’s completely unexpected and none of the above. Our PC® Black Label White Barbecue Sauce pays homage to the OG savoury, tangy and mega multipurpose wonder that originated in Alabama back in 1925. We married a creamy oil base and prepared mustard for a velvety texture (with kick!) before balancing it all out with a harmonious blend of oil and vinegars for a perfect puckery punch. Our version can be used as a dip, finishing sauce or a baster, so your meat stays extra juicy. The “IT” barbecue sauce is white—and it gets slathered on everything.
