Soft but Too Curvy

Subscription stopped without notice.
I was on a subscription that just stopped. Do not recall a notification of the change. Could not get answers on the website or through any other services
Sheds!!!!
Issues with shedding bristles. Contacted customer service and received a replacement order. Experienced the SAME issue and was informed that I would receive ANOTHER replacement after contacting Customer Service. Questioned why they wanted to send another product since apparently there are quality control issues. Requested a refund and haven't heard anything back.
Mouth full of bristles
This toothbrush head has been shedding bristles into my mouth like crazy. I currently have one stuck in my throat and it is horribly uncomfortable. Checked the other brushes in the pack and they are all shedding too.

I like that i can just purchase a new head on my toothbrush, this product has several great options when it comes to brushing yoyr teeth, you can focus on gums if you want too! Its just a great product

Easy to use
It vibrates so it takes a little time to get used to it. The timer keeps the cleaning on track. Easy to charge and keeps it for several days. Recommended by my dentist I hope it provides a benefit.
