I tried this cream the first night I got it and wasn't seeing a big improvement, but kept trying it and after two to three night I could see that my hands were a lot softer. It doesn't seem to heel cracks like I thought it might. It is a nice hand cream for night time and not greasy.

I have used O'Keeffe products in the past as my hands are prone to eczema and the winter absolutely kills them. I have been using this product for a couple weeks now and put on just a pearl size amount before bed, and wake up this less dryness, cracking and pain. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

My hands were exceptionally dry. By using the Working Hands Night Treatment it has resulted in my hands to be moisturized. I saw results immediately. I put a little on at night every day. The lotion is kind of oily. For that reason, its ideal to use it at night only.

This is a nighttime formula for hands, but he used it on his feet as well. He says the formula is thinner than the regular Working Hands, but that his feet and hands felt softer and had healed some over night. He used it for several days in a row to achieve viewable results. He says he would recommend it to someone who suffers the same skin cracks as he does.

This hand cream is working wonders on my husband's hands. We have tried almost every cream, salve, body butter, jelly, etc and nothing has done much to help my husband's hands. After a week of using O'Keeffe's hand cream we started to notice a significant difference and my husband states his hands are less itchy overall once he started using this cream. This will be our go-to hand cream now.

Because I work in the medical field I am constantly having to wash my hands and sanitize them. This had left my hands extremely dry and they had begun to crack. After just 2 nights if using this product I started to see and feel a difference. My hands and now softer and it doesn't hurt to move them anymore.

This is great! I love waking up with my hands feeling soft and moist, not dry and cracking. This works great on my feet too! My poor feet are stuck in wirk boots all day and constantly drying out and my toes splitting. This has been fantastic on my feet. Will definitely try the foot cream next.

This overnight hand cream really helps my very dry skin. I constantly wash my hands which really dries them out as well as the dry weather. I like this hand cream because I can use it at night while I'm sleeping. The cream is not too heavy, but just right. It absorbs well and keeps my hands softer than usual. My hands have not been as dry since using this. This is a great hand cream for anyone who has dry hands and need fast relief.

My husband is an auto technician, this time of year he has sand paper for hands. Between his working on cars, both of constant hand washing and the over use of hand sanitizer our hands are rough. Us moms know we have issues when folding clothes and our skin snags on socks or what ever else we are trying to fold. O'Keefe's seriously did the trick especially for me in one night of use. My husband day three his hands were softer. And ladies... yes i used it on the heels of my feet.. PERFECTION! Goes on creamy a little goes a long way, non greasy feeling and absorb quickly especially if your really dry! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Not as thick as I expected for an overnight hand cream. The formula is watery so you have to reapply more often than I would like for an overnight formula. This makes for a nice day formula but just not great for overnight.
