I don't style my hair often but I use it whenever I dlow dry my hair to protect from the heat. It smells good and is not noticeable in the hair is good.

This is one of the best hair glosses out there. It smooths your hair without the sticky feel and it doesnt make your hair or hands sticky. It's quite affordable so I do recommend anyone to try it.

Since I don't add heat to my hair very often I use this product maybe once every 2 to 3 months I like the way it smells I like the way it feels however my hair is very porous so I have to use a lot which in turn sometimes makes my hair a little bit too greasy so I have to find the balance on my own over all I think it's a good product for a very good price
