Was a pack a day smoker for 45 years .. i used this patch to quit.. 6 weeks #1.. 4 weeks #2.. 2 weeks #3 .. i tryed other brands with out any success... stay away from nicotine gum that stuff is worst then smoking and very addictive and harmful to your health ... 2 years smoke free

I smoked for over 30 years and once I decided that I was going to quit smoking, but I mean really quit, I started with Nicoderm. It helped with the cravings for cigarettes and food, so I didn't even gain weight. It is very important to leave them on and use them as though prescribed by a doctor. Following the instructions is very important. I had to keep Step 1 on for a little bit longer then recommended in the instructions, because I felt like I wasn't quite ready to move forward. I am now on Step 3 and I feel great! The sight, the smell and the taste now turn me right off! Thank you Nicoderm!

I'll have to say I never do reviews but I smoked first 38 years I did the three step plan I'm on step number 3 and I think I made it haven't had a cigarette since I started
