I used this and I now look like a lobster It hurt It was burning my face and it was vary irritated.

Teen to Adulthood
I bought this when I was 17 years old and I couldn't find the right product for my face .. I'm now 30 and this is all I use ! Plus face moisturizer. It's a great product nothing works but this for me !

This product doesn't even deserve the one star I was obligated to push to make this review.My daughter used this for the first time, which resulted in her having a serious reaction. Her face is severely irritated, puffy, and has burning sensation. The worst thing is there is no warning stating the side effects. Which is obviously misleading. If this company is serious about supporting there customers I advise them to DO BETTER!!!!
New formula is awful!
I'm really disappointed with the Biore Charcoal - Oil Control face wash. I used to love the original charcoal face wash, but this version is completely different, and I strongly dislike it. The formula has changed, and whatever is used in this product has an awful chemical smell that I find unbearable. It makes the experience of using it extremely unpleasant. I specifically avoided buying this version because I didn't like it in the past, but it seems to be replacing the original formula, which is so frustrating. The original Biore Charcoal face wash was perfect, but now it's becoming harder and harder to find. I would love to see the original formula brought back. This version just doesn't compare, and I can't use it at all.
