I received the Cepacol Extra Strength Sore Throat & Cough Drop Lozenges Cherry 16ct. as a free product to test. I was also unfortunately blessed with a bad sinus infection shortly after receiving the cough drops. I was actually elated that I had the Cepacol drops due to the intensely sore throat I developed from the sinus infection. I am not impressed with these in the slightest. The flavor is fine for a cherry cough drop, and the size is convenient. And that is where the positives about this product abruptly end. They did not relieve my sore throat at all! For touting the buzz words Extra Strength, I was hoping for some soothing relief, even if just temporary. Nope. Not even a little. In addition my cough was also not affected by the lozenges either. Now being sick is bad enough, but using a product that fails to work as it says it will is really disappointing! I do not recommend these for sore throat or cough relief. Save your money on these and try something else!

I have had these before. They work great to keep your throat and cough contained. I really wish there was better flavors, but this does the job and it is very intense. It is very strong.

Cepacol extra strength works great and kids can tolerate it. Lasting relief and helps when sitting in a meeting and it's dead silent. Would change the packaging.

I uad a horrible sore throat and this helped relieve it straight a way. I will definitely be purchasing this as my sore throat go to from now on

Brought so much relief when I came down with a nasty cold. Really soothed painful, scratchy sore throat. Would absolutely recommend if you need relief of painful throat and cough symptoms.

I got the opportunity to try Cēpacol Extra Strength cough drop. It taste sweet for my take but it had a great taste . It really help on soothing my throat and helped with my cough

I had strep throat & these were a lifesaver! They completely numb your throat & have a great taste. They keep your throat numb for an hour or two and keep you sane. I will buy these again & again for myself & my family!

I had never tried these before. I always used regular cough drops to soothe my sore throat. These really work well to soothe my sore irritated throat. Definitely works better than the cough drops I usually use. I just wish they lasted longer.

I have a bad habit of sometimes eating cough drops like candy and this was no different they taste great and really helped when my mouth or throat was dry and suppressed the cough
