Excellent!
I am 61 and knew I wasn't eating properly all the time. I started drinking one or two bottles a day. I can't believe the energy I am now getting. A big plus is I'm also losing weight because they fill me up sometimes and I just don't feel hungry. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Love Ensure
My doctor told me to drink Ensure. I have a low immune system. The High Protein with low calories is the best for me. I get the protein without gaining weight. I drink 2 a day. I sure would help if I had coupons to help me with my budget.

Bad taste - increased acid reflux symptoms
I purchased the high protein strawberry flavored ensure. An iron smell was immediately present when I opened the bottle. The iron taste was overwhelming so I mixed it with ice cream but the iron taste was still present. I suffer from acid reflux and found it worsened the symptoms. I don't find the iron taste or smell in the ensure vanilla original shakes so I will stick to that when I purchase the product again.
Slimy Chunks
I bought a box of 12 Ensure Vanilla High Protein shakes yesterday. When I opened the first one, my lips were immediately barraged by slimy chunks. Thinking one may have just gone bad, I poured it out and opened another, only to find more chunks. Looked at the expiration on the box, says Dec 2022. I don't think this is normal and I'm hearing from friends who also drink this brand that they have been having similar experiences.
Ensure High Protein.
I am very pleased with the product. I have never been able to drink protein drinks cause of the after taste they all had. I put mine in the freezer after shaking very well and let it get icy and it tastes just like a milk shake. Very pleased with these new drinks.
