Lackluster Product
This frother is not worth the counter space. I follow the instructions exactly. It hardly froths the milk and the milk is only luke warm. It's awkward in its design. To clean it you have to reach down in the cylinder to remove the spinner. It's challenging to reconnect the spinner after cleaning it ...

Glad I waited for a sale to treat myself
This makes every cup a little nicer. I stick with cow's milk, but it does a nice job with both 1% and whole milk. It's solid and I expect it to last a long time.
Great frother
This frother is great and works better than a much more expensive one that I have. It's perfect for one or 2 people and does not take up much counter space.
Doesn't get hot enough
Wasn't wow by the product. Your whole milk doesn't get hot more lukewarm than anything

Works Great! Hot or Cold!
Bought this last month to make the froth for the Irish Coffee I like. I have been trying to duplicate the Irish Coffee from The Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco (World Famous). And this frother was the best way i could think of to duplicate the thick froth, I use half & half and it works really good!
