Recipe change for Purina One chicken and turkey (dry)
I've used Purina One for years with my cats. . .as many as 8 at one time. The change from Purina One chicken and turkey (dry) to Purina One Tender Selects with chicken is awful. The Tender Selects falls apart and much of what is in the bowl looks like "corn meal" by the time I get it in their bowls....

Different textures
My cats really enjoyed this kibble. It's got traditional crunchy pieces and then some messy Shreds. They like to have a little variety do they don't get bored at meal times

My cats love Purina one..the tender chunks are their favorite and it's food that they don't get sick from..high quality too so makes me feel good knowing that

Tender...more like crumbs!
It's a hit and miss with this cat food. A couple bags ago, it was filled with crumbs. I decided to just use it. I bought it again and that bag was fine. Just bought it again and 3rd time is not a charm... it's once again filled with crumbs. I always empty the 16 lb bags into sealed containers. I thought maybe the crumbs on top were just from the bottom of the bag, but each scoop is filled with crumbs. My cats barely eat it probably because they are gagging! To avoid this I now sift through each scoop to try and get the crumbs out. What a waste. I wish I didn't throw out the empty bag so fast, because I would have returned it. I am a big Purina buyer. My cats are picky and like the Purina One when it's in decent form. I also buy Purina Pro Essentials and Purina Pro Indoor Care. I hope Purina doesn't mess up those formulas because they are very expensive!

My cats love the Tender Selects Chicken dry food! They get it for breakfast

I've tried many different different types of cat food and this is the only one my Siamese cat will eat. kept her manageable and nice soft silky coat and she doesn't shed a lot
