Nature’s Path Sunrise Crunchy Honey cereal is a deliciously crunchy combination of gluten free cereal flakes, organic corn puffs and rice crispies, all coated with real organic honey. For too long, gluten free cereals just weren’t that good, and we wanted to create a cereal that was delicious and nutritious, yet suitable for celiacs or anyone on a gluten free diet. This nutrient-rich cereal was carefully crafted with organic corn, omega-3 rich flax seeds, and ancient grains like buckwheat, quinoa and amaranth. These ancient grains are naturally rich in fibre, protein and other important micronutrients. Our original Mesa Sunrise flakes proved super popular, owing to its reputation as being the best gluten free cereal renowned for its great taste, so that’s why we created our “Crunchy Sunrise” range – the gluten free Mesa Sunrise flake everyone loves, carefully blended with puffs and rice crispies and coated with honey to add some variety to your morning routine. With 11g whole grains, and 3g of fibre, this certified gluten free cereal is also suitable for vegetarian diets. We believe it’s important to start the day right, and that’s why we created this deliciously tasty cereal, filled with simple, whole food, organic and non-GMO ingredients.

I came here looking for more comprehensive nutritional info on the cereal, and am aghast at the one-star reviews of this cereal. It isn't "too sweet". It is pretty much on par with a cereal like honey bunches of oats, maybe not even that sweet. It does not taste like marshmallows, not even a little;... the grain flavors come through too strongly for that. And let's get real here. If you threw up your hands going OH WOE IS ME THIS CEREAL THAT SAYS HONEY IN BOLD LETTERS ON THE FRONT IS KIND OF SWEET! ...Then that's on you. Okay? Seriously, you need to examine your life choices better. Like, just stop for a minute and think about what you're doing in the grocery store. Use your brain for approximately five seconds, and you would've come to the conclusion that a honey cereal will probably be sweet, and if you don't want a sweet cereal, you're the dips--- for buying it. You might as well leave a bad review on a raisin bran type cereal because you don't like raisins. This is a pretty great cereal. The only reason I don't give it a full five stars is because the honey flavor isn't that distinct. It's actually sweetened mostly by sugar, and it's fighting with molasses, quinoa, and flax for attention, all of those things being on the pretty strongly flavored side. If you read the box and understand the ingredients, and you aren't the kind of dundering derp that buys a honey cereal and then is shocked when it's sweet, then you will probably enjoy this cereal. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who'd give it a 5-star. If you ARE looking for a sweetish cereal that isn't full of garbage, something with a basic flavor, possibly for someone who likes to put fruit in the cereal, this would be a great go-to.
I love that you have a variety of breakfast cereal to try, as I love cereal and am a newly diagnosed celiac. I look forward to trying the other kinds of cereal you have. This particular Sunrise Crunchy Honey cereal, however, I find too sweet. With the variety of grains in this cereal, I'm sure some ...sweetness is needed to make it more enjoyable but it's almost as if you over compensated or possibly used an odd variety of sweeteners. To me, this cereal tastes like marshmallows hence it's too sweet. If I wanted to taste marshmallows I would eat a marshmallow.

naturespath.com/en-us/This is hands down my favorite cereal. I am trying out a gluten free diet and breakfast has not been my favorite anymore. I miss all my laterite's and bagels. However, this cereal has made it so I start looking forward to waking up in the morning. It's that good!

I loved this cereal but can't find it again!
When I opened the bag, I was disappointed at how small everything was. I didn't like the taste-it tasted like the bag it came in. Not worth the money, in my opinion.
