Our original Mesa Sunrise flakes proved super popular, owing to its reputation as being the best gluten free cereal renowned for its great taste, so that’s why we created our “Crunchy Sunrise” range – the gluten free Mesa Sunrise flake everyone loves, carefully blended with puffs and rice crispies and coated with honey to add some variety to your morning routine. With 11g whole grains, and 3g of fibre, this certified gluten free cereal is also suitable for vegetarian diets. Percent start to the morning

Hands down, the best cereal!
This is hands down my favorite cereal. I am trying out a gluten free diet and breakfast has not been my favorite anymore. I miss all my laterite's and bagels. However, this cereal has made it so I start looking forward to waking up in the morning. It's that good!

Top of the line cereal
I have gotten this cereal for quite awhile now and it has never bothered my gluten intolerance. It is not to sweet and has a realy good taste to it. I would recommend this to everyone. #sweepstakes
