Instructions:
- Add 15 mL (1 tbsp) flour to oven bag to protect against bursting. Shake to evenly coat bag.
- Place turkey in bag and close with twist tie provided. Cut six 1-cm (1/2-in) slits in top of oven bag, then place in large pan. Bag should not hang over sides.
- Place plan on lowest rack of oven, allowing bag to expand without touching oven walls or rack.
Caution: Do not use in oven beyond 400°F (200°C). Contents will be hot; open bag carefully after cooking to avoid steam. Single use only. Do not reuse bag. Keep out of reach of children.
