It's very good for very dry skin, post application makes the skin smooth. Application is easy and small quantity is enough. The hydrogel makes a smooth application and smells nice.

This is good to have on hand when you have a flareup. I feel like it helps for a little bit, but it doesn't. It's not a long-term solution but good to have.
