Simple and easy to use probiotic if you are getting started. You can take it in your purse and have it after your meal. Doesn't require any refrigeration and really helps if you are gluten and soy free!

Was looking for a probiotic and glad I found Align!
I have heard about the benefits of taking a probiotic but wasn't sure how my body would handle one. The first thing I noticed was that the pills are labeled with days of the week which I love because I can never remember whether or not I took my medications/supplements. The capsule is small and has no taste. I have not had any adverse side effects from Align probiotic. It has helped with my occasional bloating and abdominal discomfort. Align has become part of my daily routine!

Fruity and easy to chew!
I actually look forward to taking my Align Dualbiotic supplement! The fruit flavor is great, and I like the texture is just right. Some days its difficult to eat enough good foods to support gut health. I'm so glad I've got this prebiotic and probiotic supplement to help nourish the good bacteria and add more for digestive balance!
Easy to take
Align gummies are easy to take and the taste is pretty decent. I did not notice much of a change when taking them. I may have been a bit constipated from them in the beginning but it went away after about a week in. Overall they're easy to try to see if they might be a good fit for you.
