So so.
Tried the children's product myself.. Opening the package ( berries) nearly made me gag. Such a terrible smell. The taste is not much better. I may try the mint but my pharmacy does not sell it.

Take some time but, work
First of all, it works. I know the flavored might not be the best but, it's not bad for soft chew. The bag has resealed top which is nice. I think it's ok for kids and adults to take. Overall, it's ok for easy to take and work great. It take time to work. If you can wait, its good.
Tastes bad
The soft chews watermelon flavor is terrible! My grandchildren reported they disliked the taste (11 and 13 years old), so I thought I'd try one. I regret that decision and agree with the kids!
I purchased the chews...
I purchased the chews yesterday due to me being constipated and bloated all week. When I got home, I ate dinner then ate 4 chews. The packaging says it works in as little to 30 minutes to 6 hours. Here it is 12 hours and 4 bottles of water later and nothing happened.

It works after 8 hours, it helped woth constipation but Id reduce it to 2 instead of 3 gums cause it makes direia

Very effective
These chews are super effective. The only thing we don't like is the food dye. It would be so easy to make them without it. It's hard to want to use these when they have the dye.

I know it's medicine so it ain't gonna taste the best but dang I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Sure it helps a little bit but you would have to put me under in order for me to take it ever again lol also the "great tasting" yeah right
Wow this product did...
Wow this product did me wonders. I was constipated for about 3 days , I felt like I had to go but I just couldn't. I could you not I literally just took 2 chewys about 4 minutes ago and I'm already on the toilet having bowel movement. Insane !
