I usually buy Black Amethyst or the cherry one of Color Ultime Schwarzkopf. I absolutely LOVE both of those. I have very long dark brown hair and have always had wonderful results. Plus the conditioning treatment that is included in the box is completely remarkable!

I dye my hair fairly often depending on my mood so when I was feeling black I explored the color section a while. I usually use the Garnier Fructise dyes but I decided to try something new. Now I'm in love, my hair was mostly blonde when I dyed it so I expected my hair to end up a bit lighter than the box, but it did not at all! I ended up with a gorgeous silky black which was the first thing that made me super happy about this product! Now to the conditioner, it's just amazing, I have naturally dry hair so usually after dying my hair feels a bit coarse (doesn't stop me from doing it though) but the conditioner in the box made my hair feel great, I actually keep forgetting that I dyed my hair because it's so soft! I just want an extra large bottle of the conditioner! It's also been more than a week and I have no fading whatsoever, this is my new favorite brand!

It does not contain too many chemicals. It is easy to apply. The color will not run away easily with hair wash. It hair color looks uniform.

I tried the Ultime Raven Black hair color and loved it. It gave awesome coverage, didn't knock me out with its smell and left my hair soft and shiny. Ive been coloring my hair for years and would highly recommend this product as well as use it again!

I have natural black hair & it has been a struggle to cover gray hair. I was super excited when I received the campaign for Ultime Hair Color. My gray is obnoxious and resistant. I have had it in some form since I was 17. At 40 I need all over color to keep me looking fresh. This color did a beautiful job of hiding my gray strands, especially in the temples and crown where I sometimes look "highlighted" because the color did not do the job of covering 100%. This color was really nice. The bottle itself was cool in that the tip twisted on and off. I didn't have to cut it or anything. It mixed up quickly and applied smoothly. The smell was nice without a hint of ammonia. It did not leave dye on my ears or neck. The color turned out shiny and the coverage was excellent. I really really liked it a lot!

I think that Schwarzkopf Professional Quality Color Ultime is DIVINE!! Easy to appy with very little mess. It left my hair silky smooth and shiny, not dried out and flat. The color is beautiful!! I choose the Raven Black and am so happy with that choice. It covered all the gray with no streaks. The color looks natural. When I washed my hair there wasn't alot of color washout. I would most definitely purchase this product over any other brand. Schwarzkopf offers an array of colors that I will be looking to try the other colors in the future as well .

I have wanted to take my medium brown hair to black for some time now. I'm always skeptical about damage and the "fake look" associated with boxed colors but decided to give it a try. The color was very easy to apply, not runny like some. The smell was also minimal. My hair looks and feels fantastic!! It is softer and easier to comb through than before.
