I got so many compliments on this color and how shiny my hair was. I purchased color treated shampoo and always rinsed in cool water but it faded in less than a month. I dyed it Nov 9th and it's Nov 30th today.

I've been using this hair color for about 2 years now and it's the best color I've ever used. I have over 50% gray and it covers them better than the professional choices. I get more compliments from this color than any other color I've ever used. It does not come out orange at the roots like my previous color did at all and it lasts for 6-8 weeks. I also use the shampoo and it definitely does not strip the color-using red is usually a given so this was a surprise. I'm a firm believer in using the entire product line and this has really paid off! I will never use another hair color again. This is the best! Thx Schwarzkopf...

I stripped my hair from black. It actually came out a very light orange which I felt would take color well. It turned out black, and the roots were a weird red burgundy. So disappointed and stripping this out ASAP.

I decided to purchase this brand to see what all the hype was about due to the good reviews. The product was very difficult to spread through my hair compared to other boxed hair dye. I have dark brown hair ( made sure my hair was completely saturated fullhead) & I left this product on for 10 additional minutes then recommended. It only colored my roots! The rest was the color it already was before. Highly disappointed as this is not a cheap box dye.. I've never had a hair dye do this before.. Won't use this again! It's been months since my hair has been colored so there shouldn't have been an issue..

I have used this product before on dark brown hair, and it came out a little bit darker than expected. Used it a second time and since my hair didn't fully fade from the previous use, it came out vibrant and I love it! Definitely the red I love!

It was the very first time I color my hair, I was terrified almost to get sick. This product make my experience a positive one, it was very easy to follow instructions and the results SUPERB ! My hair is a dark brown w/ grey , the gray was covered as I wanted, I leave some gray on purpose and it works all the way I wanted. My highlights look dark red almost pink on the spot light test. very beautiful ! The finish treatmnt leave my hair soft & manageable better than before. i will definitely recommended.
